Location: Pecan Lake Ranch is located approximately 5 miles southeast of Leesburg, Texas, with road frontage on both FM 1519 and County Road 3218 for all weather access. For convenience, there are also several entrances along County Road 3218 to access each separate pasture.

One main barn is currently being used to store hay. A second older barn is in need of repair.
Trees, Grasses and Forbs: True to its name, Pecan Lake Ranch is dotted majestic native pecan trees providing shade for cattle in many of the pastures across the property. Additional tree cover includes Pine and various Oak species. Fertile, sandy loam soils foster Coastal Bermuda pastures which are dominate to native grasses throughout the property.
