Trees, Grasses and Forbs: Tree cover consists of Pine, various Oak species, large pecan, hickory, locust, native browse, shrubs, and a variety of other tree species. A contiguous stretch of mature mixed hardwoods winds its way from the south boundary up through the interior of the ranch, providing ample cover for wildlife and an excellent opportunity to hunt. Fertile, sandy loam soils foster Coastal Bermuda pastures which are dominate to native grasses throughout the property.
