TERRAIN: The land is heavily wooded with one cleared food plot area. There are lots of terrain changes and some excellent 20 mile views from the top of the large hills on this ranch.
VEGETATION: Covered in post oak, live oak, elm & mesquite. Grasses are native and there is a variety of shrubs beneficial for all the wildlife.
WILDLIFE: Deer, turkey, hogs and other predators make this area their home.
WATER: There is one large pond (2 acres), one smaller pond and a seasonal creek. The larger pond is spring fed and stocked with Channel Cat & Bass.
