Main House: The main house is approximately 2,600 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It sits on a hilltop just above the 16+/- acre Providence Lake. The home has expansive views of the lake and is nestled amongst towering pines trees, providing a stunning backdrop. The home also includes over 500 square feet of covered porch space.
Providence Lake: Providence Lake is located just below the house and is approximately 16 +/- acres. The lake is spring fed with multiple springs feeding into the lake and maintains a consistent water level throughout the year. The lake is an excellent fishery. It is fully stocked with largemouth bass and a variety of baitfish species.
Numerous other ponds for wildlife and livestock can be found throughout the ranch as well.

Fencing: The perimeter of the ranch is enclosed with an 8’ high game fence. This property also features an assortment of various sized pens for working livestock or wildlife.
The ranch is also cross fenced for livestock and hay production.
Minerals: Owner does not believe that any part of the mineral estate is owned.
Water Wells: Providence Lake Ranch has two water wells. One located at the main house and the second located at the shop with living quarters.
Surface Leases: No surface leases.
Easements: Utility easements for electricity are located on the property. No known pipeline, access or transmission line easements are present.
School District: The ranch resides in Slocum ISD.
Property Taxes: Providence Lake Ranch carries an Agriculture Exemption. The 2023 properties taxes were approximately $6,020.18.
