Justin DuBose

Growing up in the rural landscapes of East Texas, Justin DuBose was surrounded by the traditions of ranching and farming. Living on a ranch in the heart of East Texas, Justin developed a strong work ethic from a young age, getting hands-on experience that shaped who he is today.

Surrounded by nature, Justin's childhood passion for the outdoors flourished into a love for fishing and hunting, with a particular focus on the art of bass fishing. His leisurely exploration of the diverse lakes and bodies of water scattered across the vast Texas landscape became a cherished pastime.

Post-high school, Justin embarked on a transformative journey by enlisting in the United States Marine Corps, where he dedicated four years of his life to serving with 1st Battalion 5th Marines in an 81mm mortar platoon. Displaying unwavering commitment, he completed two overseas tours, including a notable deployment in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Transitioning from military service, Justin pursued higher education at Stephen F. Austin State University, majoring in Forest Wildlife Management within the esteemed College of Forestry. This academic pursuit was a continuation of his family's longstanding involvement in the timber industry. Simultaneously, Justin engaged in collegiate-level bass fishing competitions, a passion that endures as he continues to participate in team bass fishing events across Texas.

Drawing from his extensive experience as an avid angler, Justin contributes to fisheries management and habitat development for private bodies of water. He actively manages a sprawling 1100-acre body of water in north Texas and seeks to further enhance these areas through sustainable practices.

Beyond personal pursuits, Justin's passion for the outdoors has evolved into a mission to assist others in realizing their dreams of fishing and hunting in the great outdoors. This commitment led him to actively engage in helping individuals find the perfect land or ranch to fulfill their outdoor aspirations.

Today, Justin resides in Nevada, sharing his life with his high school sweetheart and embracing the role of fatherhood. His life story is a testament to resilience, unwavering dedication, and the profound impact of his love for nature and service to others.
