LOCATION: Located approximately 90 miles from Dallas and Fort Worth in a desirable part of Montague County.

DIRECTIONS: From Gainesville, take Highway 82 west through Muenster and Saint Jo. Go north on first FM road west of Saint Jo (FM1815). Go through S-curve and take a right on Odom Road going east.
