Overview: 4 Robertson Ranch is in a class all its own consisting of 1170+/- high and low fenced and diversely populated acres located in NW Jack Co, TX approximately ~84 miles NW of Ft Worth, TX. The turnkey well-watered ranch boasts exquisite improvements, exceptional topography, world class game, West Fork of the Trinity River running through the ranch, vista views and a well-established mature hardwood canopy.

Attention to detail, refined, and best of the best are just a few words that come to mind when considering the collection of superb improvements and outstanding land features found in the hills and river valley at 4 Robertson Ranch. The Lodge @ 4 Robertson is located on one of the highest points of the ranch overlooking the game rich Upper Trinity River bottoms some 145'+/- below. No expense was spared on the Route 66 themed main lodge complete with commercial kitchen and guest loft. Within walking distance of the main lodge are three quaint, fully furnished two bedroom guest cabins perfect for large family gatherings or weekend guests who seek to enjoy the picturesque setting.

The Lake Lodge @ 4 Robertson rivals a 5-star resort. The improvements, with exquisite landscaped grounds, are strategically placed overlooking the newly constructed 26+/- Acre Lake. Again, no expenses were spared on the rustic, fully furnished ~4,078 sf lake side lodge. Upon entry to the lake lodge one must cross the relaxing recirculating lazy river. At the top of the lazy river is a windmill that seemingly yet subtly pumps water into a rock lined pool. The water cascades out of the pool into a rock lined creek and meanders past the lodge, eventually ending its journey back in the lake. Within walking distance is a newly constructed fully furnished 2/1 ~1,400 sf guest cabin and four car ~2,380 sf garage complete with an enclosed utility room to accommodate larger weekend groups.

The 4 Robertson Ranch is truly a year-round ranch with activities for all ages. This ranch is one we would consider to be a legacy asset and are confident it will raise the eyebrows of all guests fortunate enough to take part in all that the ranch has to offer.

Greeted by a vintage gas pump island with lighted globes the nostalgic Route 66 themed fully furnished main lodge, constructed in 2016, features 3,670+/- SF with a 1,800+/- SF wrap-around porch perfect for that morning cup of coffee or evening drinks as you enjoy the vista views to the south. Its open rustic yet modern concept design allows you to bring the outside in, with multiple large rollup doors. The main first floor features a grandiose old world dining table with seating for the whole family, living area, pool table and shuffleboard for evening activities, and private owner's office. Tucked behind the bar is a full commercial kitchen complete with appliances, a full walk-in cooler, freezer, six burner gas cooktop and stainless steel commercial grade sinks ready to accommodate groups large or small. Other activities at the headquarters include tournament time at the four horseshoe pits next to the guest cabins. For those desiring to test their shooting skills there is a complete skeet/trap range or for the more discerning rifleman/woman, a 1,000 yard shooting range. For guests desiring relaxation then you may have them retire to one of the two fire pits located at the edge of the hillside overlooking the variety of wildlife located on the ranch. One pit is located at the top of the hillside to catch summer/fall breezes. The second pit is located steps down the hillside just far enough down to avoid the cooler winter/spring winds coming across the hilltop. Water flows from a windmill into a rock lined pool cascading down a rock lined stream and eventually ending its journey into the lake. Large flat stones have been placed over the lazy river at the entry point of the main lodge making it impossible not to feel relaxed upon entry.
