Location: Whiskey Creek Ranch is located 13 miles west of Graham, Texas just outside of Newcastle, Texas. Conveniently located, Whiskey Creek Ranch is only 2 hours west of Ft. Worth and 2 hours and 39 mins from Dallas proper.
Directions: From Fort Worth, TX take Highway 199 NW to Jacksboro, TX. Highway 199 will merge with Highway 281 SW of Jacksboro. Continue on Highway 281 North (Main Street) into downtown Jacksboro, TX. Turn Left (South) onto Hwy 380 in Jacksboro and continue on 380 into Graham. Once in Graham you will turn Right or West on Hwy 380 and continue 13 miles to Newcastle. In Newcastle, continue on Hwy 380 which will turn to the left (South) and travel approximately 2 miles. The ranch entrance is on the left, just off the main highway.

Large rock outcroppings and tributaries cut through the oaks that feed the reservoir giving the land a real Texas Hill Country feel. There are 2 tree lined cultivated areas in the central and eastern portions of the property, one is ~4 acres in size and the other is ~25 acres. Water: Whiskey Creek Reservoir is a 46 acre lake owned by the city of Newcastle but surrounded by private land owners. Whiskey Creek Ranch owners have full access and use of this lake. Additionally there are two nice size stock tanks on the property. One is located directly behind the house and the other in the central portion of the ranch. The reservoir and stock tanks are stocked and ready to fish.
Wildlife: The ranch is set up nicely for fishing. Bass, crappie and catfish are often caught in Whiskey Creek Reservoir as well as the 2 ponds on the property. The backyard pond has ducks that live on it year round. Whitetail deer, Rio Grande turkey, duck, dove, quail, feral hogs, and varmint can be found throughout. There are currently 3 corn feeders and an extra large deer blind set-up and ready for hunting. The property is not leased to hunters.
