With over ~2,671 feet of Brazos River frontage, the Rocking Clay River Ranch is a great recreational ranch with excellent hunting & fishing opportunities. The owner has meticulously managed the wildlife in his 20 years of ownership. As a result, the ranch has excellent cover and forage for whitetail deer.

The recreational possibilities along the river are numerous. A large sandbar runs along the Brazos River at the SW corner of the ranch offering a place to relax with friends and family, while cooling off in the river for a swim. The Brazos River is also an incredible fishery. If fishing from the banks and sandbar weren't enough, easily off load kayaks onto the river to chase after sand bass, black bass, striper and gar, to name a few.
