Location: Located Northwest of Sherman in Grayson County near Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge on Lake Texoma. Wildlife: Ducks and geese can be found on the property in the Fall and Winter months. There aren't many deer in this area, but a treed drainage ties into Hagerman Wildlife Refuge where there are massive trophy bucks. Deer rubs and sign indicate some deer can be found on this property.
Fencing: The perimeter is fenced and there is no cross fencing. Condition of the fencing is fair, but will hold cattle.
Barn: There is an old red barn on the property that has character and some functional use.
