Location:  Lazy C Ranch is very accessible with county road frontage on Callen Road approximately 6 miles due west of the town of Coleman, OK. This location is positioned approximately 120 miles north of Dallas, TX., 138 miles northeast of Ft. Worth, TX., and 127 miles southeast of Oklahoma City, OK. Utilities:  Electricity is provided to the ranch home and barn area. Rural water supplies the home and lawn areas.

Taxes:  Total property taxes for the year 2018 were $520.
