Terrain: Terrain is very scenic with impressive views. There are rocky outcroppings as well as gentle, productive pastureland. High elevation is 1290 feet and low elevation is 1210 feet for a total elevation change of 80 feet.  

Vegetation: Post oaks, live oaks, mesquite, elm, hackberry and a variety of other trees and shrubs provide good wildlife habitat. Native grasses are in good condition and there is a 15.75 acre Klein grass field located on the far north end of the property. 

Water Features: There are two stock ponds and 800 feet of a significant drainage/ seasonal creek that cuts across the SW portion of the property.
