Description
Location: Located Southwest of Hico and Northwest of Hamilton off County Road 105
accessed by a private entry road.
Terrain: High elevations with tremendous views in all directions. There is approximately
100 feet of elevation change. Tree cover is heavy to scattered live oak, elm, cedar, and
mesquite predominately.
Improvements: There is a nice 2/2 master cabin with central heat and air with all the
amenities for the perfect weekend getaway. There is also a nearby bunkhouse and both
structures are located in a nice grove of live oak trees providing good shade.
Wildlife: Deer, turkey, dove, feral hogs, and varmints provide excellent hunting and
viewing opportunities.
Water: Two water wells. One well is used for the improvements and keeping a tank full
near the cabins. The other well has a windmill on it and it located at the back of the
property and used for keeping water in a small stock tank for livestock.
Fencing: Fencing is fair to excellent. Private road from CR 105 is fenced on both sides
all the way to the property. Perimeter fencing is in good shape. There is one cross-fence
to keep livestock out of the area where the improvements are located.
Utilities: Hamilton County Electric Cooperative provides electricity to the
improvements.
