LOCATION: Located 45 minutes east of Austin and 6 miles north of Paige, Texas on Stockade Ranch Road. Houston is an easy 2 hour drive on U.S. Highway 290. Ranch is 20 miles Northeast of Bastrop in a desirable area near the Lee County line.

DIRECTIONS: From intersection of U.S. Highway 290 and Highway 21, go east on Highway 21. Turn left on road next to Shell Station and go north 5.8 miles until ranch entrance on the right. Property address is 1293 Stockade Ranch Road, Paige, Texas 78659. This is the last entrance on the paved road and there is a 1/2 mile of frontage.

TERRAIN: Beautiful rolling hills of coastal Bermuda and Tifton 85 with scattered pecan, blackjack oak, water oak, cedar elm, and other desirable trees. There is about 70 feet of elevation change with scenic hills on either side of the creek and impressive views.

CREEK: West Yegua Creek runs through the middle of the property and is lined with mature trees. This is a year round creek that feeds into Lake Somerville. Water depth is good and creek is a reliable source of water for livestock and wildlife.
