LOCATION: Located 4 miles east of Muenster, TX on the northside of Highway 82 and
County Road 415 in a highly desirable area. Muenster is a unique German community.
TERRAIN: Terrain has good elevation change. There is high plains type country
surrounding the heavily treed area. Massive elm, pecan, and oak trees can be found in the
treed area with an abundance of wildlife.
