LOCATION: Located 4 miles east of Muenster, TX on the northside of Highway 82 and

County Road 415 in a highly desirable area. Muenster is a unique German community.

TERRAIN: Terrain has good elevation change. There is high plains type country

surrounding the heavily treed area. Massive elm, pecan, and oak trees can be found in the

treed area with an abundance of wildlife.

WILDLIFE: This ranch is located in low-fenced trophy whitetail deer country. There are

massive bucks that regularly come from this area. Duck hunting can be phenomenal and

Lake is said to be spring fed and has a major feeder creek with plenty of drainage. Bass
