Broker Jack Fauntleroy, licensed in Texas real estate since 2007, has always had deep ties to the land. His roots in Texas run strong, but his formative years unfolded in Oklahoma, where he grew up. Now, Jack is expanding his real estate expertise into Oklahoma, driven by a deep affection for the state that shaped his appreciation for the outdoors, music, and community.
Reflecting on his youth, Jack shares, “Many of my formative years were spent living in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I learned to drive, hunt, and camp under the stars. Oklahoma is where I began my appreciation for the outdoors that I still carry with me to this day. My home is in Texas, but pieces of my heart still remain in Oklahoma.”
Jack’s connection to Oklahoma goes beyond its landscapes—it includes the vibrant music scene he experienced growing up. “As a high school student in Tulsa, I was fortunate enough to see some of the greatest musical acts ever. Eric Clapton at Cain’s Ballroom, U2 at the Old Lady on Brady, Sammy Hagar at the Tulsa State Fairgrounds—those concerts shaped me as much as the land did.”
A resident of Throckmorton, Texas, for nearly 20 years, Jack’s passion for community involvement is evident in everything he does. As President of the Throckmorton Chamber of Commerce, Jack actively participates in local events and initiatives. From emceeing home basketball games to supporting school proms, preparing meals for community gatherings, and serving on local boards, Jack’s leadership and enthusiasm uplift the town. His involvement extends to the Throckmorton County Memorial Hospital Board, where his energy inspires others to give back to their community.
“Jack’s spirit is contagious,” says one community member. “He’s always leading by example, whether it’s organizing an event or just engaging with folks around town.”
Jack’s faith is another cornerstone of his life. In addition to his community work, he occasionally preaches at the First Christian Church in Woodson. “For me, faith and real estate have something in common—they’re both about serving others. Helping people find their way is central to both.”
Jack’s ties to Oklahoma have only grown stronger over the years. His daughter now attends Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, and his wife’s family resides in Ada. “They say you can never go back,” Jack reflects, “but when you have so much love and great memories for a place, you never really leave.”
Jack’s decision to obtain his Oklahoma real estate license is a personal mission. “I wanted to help others discover what I found in Oklahoma all those years ago. I want to help people experience the two great states that I hold so dear.”
With one foot in Texas and another in Oklahoma, Jack Fauntleroy bridges the gap between two places he loves. His passion for the outdoors and commitment to community guide his work, helping others find their own piece of home.
