From Dallas: Travel East on I-30 ~6.5 miles and exit onto Hwy 80. Drive East on Hwy 80 ~19 miles to Terrell, TX. In Terrell, take Spur 557 South and merge onto I-20. Drive ~31 miles East on I-20 to Canton, Texas. In Canton, exit South on Hwy 19 and drive ~1.6 miles to Hwy 64. Turn East on Hwy 64 and drive ~7.65 miles to Van Zandt County Road 4414. Turn North on Van Zandt County Road 4414, the ranch entry will be ~7/10ths of a mile on your right.

Private Fishing Lake and Spring Creeks: Pine Lake Ranch has an impressive amount of artesian water running through it. Specifically, the 6+ acre lake which is visibly spring fed. This deep, dark water impoundment is full of largemouth bass, baitfish, bluegill and catfish, certain to challenge anglers of all ages and skill level. Three additional spring creeks meander through the property, creating several perpetual pools. These year-round water sources offer watering holes for all types of Texas wildlife.
Trees: Majestic pine tree lots and hardwood timber make up the ranch’s primary tree canopy. Ranch Road System: The ranch’s wooded, interconnected road system is well designed and is wide enough for automobile use in most areas and ATV use along the wooded trails. These wooded roads and trails offer quite access around the ranch for hunting, riding or walking.
Taxes: The ranch has a wildlife exemption in place that will transfer to the new owner. Currently, the taxes are approximately $343 per year.
Minerals: The owner will convey any minerals interest owned. There are no active leases or production on the ranch.The owner has a surface waiver to help prevent any future oil and gas development on the surface of the ranch.
